Ouch. Kinda reminds me of Heart of Darkness on the PS1. That had pretty nasty deaths in as well. "I'll be fine- oh wait, I just got my head bitten off by an angry shadow creature."
@Gelugon_baat The Boris, the spider, appears to always dump a body seeings as how he did the first time (@ 0:30), presumably to warn the player to stay away from Boris' legs.
