I'm sorry, I've had an xbox for years, and even I know ps3 is superior. Less disks, quieter, blueray capable.....list goes on and on

The PS3 Version was NATIVE at 720p
The FMVs of the PS3 Version were NATIVE 1080p and had lossless audio.
It was on one Disc and the framerate was much better,The graphics in general looked much crisper.
THe 360 Version was in NATIVE 576p ingame and so were the FMVs NATIVE in 576p.
The version did run like crap.
And no - There is a difference between NATIVE 720/1080p the PS3 Version had compared to the upscaled garbage the 360 version had.NATIVE Resolution is the important point here.
The PS3 Version outsold the 360 Version by miles.
FF13-2 the same.SquareEnix didn't use that much FMVs this time so 360 users don't see how much difference between both versions is.
13-2 on the PS3 even destroyed the 360 Version of FF13 in sales...That is insane if you see how bad FF13-2 in general sold.
Lighting Returns will be so much better on the PS3.

Sub the XIII games are the only games that are better on the PS3 and they are universally viewed as the worst games in the FF series not counting the MMO's. No one cares about the XIII trilogy. The good multiplatform games look and play better on the Xbox 360.

All games are meaniless since they dont have gamerscores or achievements? What the hell is that? Games didnt use to have them, and theyre only good for proving to people what youve done. Its one step easier then loading up the damn save file and proving it in game. I like them but thats no way to judge a system.

I was mostly trolling but because I couldn't come up for an argument for 360 being the superior version when it comes to FF games, I just prefer it and i really don't like play station, of course I don't actually believe achievements make games worth playing, but I do those them

Owning both consoles, there was a time when I based my game purchase choice based on the achievements, I'd just rather play the game because I enjoyed playing them on my Xbox Live profile.
When Trophies came out, it was sort of a bit late because I'd already gotten into using my Xbox Account, but in all honesty, as far as attempting to be an OCD completest of sorts goes, I find the trophy system is actually surpassing the achievement system now.
I liked 1000/1000 and 200/200 for retail and arcade games, but the gamerscore numbers have just gotten out of control now, it makes no sense, little consistency and just looks messy. The PS3 system works fairly well because you get a platinum beside a completed game if you have all the original trophies, and if DLC comes out the trophy percentage will not be 100% anymore, so you can complete the game if you choose but the extra trophies will never be required for the platinum.
I heard the PS3 version of FFXIII was in the original resolution and the video files had to be compressed on 360, other than that they play the same apparently.
A lot of Xbox games were better when the PS3 was essentially getting all the ports near the start of the PS3s life, but it seems to be going the other way now that developers have gotten used to the PS3s hardware.
Doesn't really bother me, I just buy the game for the console I'm using at the time now and you have the exclusives for both consoles available to you so win win.

The console war is never truly over is it? It's the same game people, you play it the same way on what's essentially the same button layout. Gawd....
Oh, and achievements/trophies are stupid. kthxbye

OH NO WHAT DID WE EVER DO BEFORE ACHIEVEMENTS? Here is your arguement for trophies, trophies are the same as achievements. Just because you don't know what your missing doesn't make Xbox better.
