    Just wondering, since they've already stated that she'll be stronger than in previous games. Etro is dead, so where will she get her new powers from?

    Probably the same source of Caius, since he could also STOP time.

    Well, if i have to guess i'd say that she'll basically become the new Etro as her successor (gaining her powers).

    LR could be about Lightning trying to gain all of Etro's powers in time to stop chaos and avoid armageddon.
    Anyway, it's quite obvious that Light won't be at full power since the very beginning.
