- "Rip-off"
I played the first Lego Star Wars at my cousin's house and I gotta say it was pretty cool but it got a little repetitive. So when the Lego Star Wars II came out I was like cool I should buy it. First the game is not even worth $30. I bought this game for $50 and it was the exact same as the first one with a few new stuff.
GamePlay: The game lacks something. Do you know what its called? Oh yea A CHALLENGE!!!! This game is ridiculously easy or you get your character kiled because of boredom. The only fun in this game would be the co-op because the enemy AI is a joke. Only the bosses have the mind of a preschooler. The enemies just run around and do nothing. You are practically invincible you just hold the B button and you are pretty much protected. The only cool characters are Han Solo for his gun and Darth Sidious ONLY because he has a shock force thingy. The gameplay is extremly repeptitive. The make your own character thing sucks balls since you can only make one character at a time and you cannot choose a force power like shock. If you play as a stormtrooper or someone with a gun you don't even have to aim to shoot.
Graphics: Well the best thing about the game everything looks great. No framerate problems no graphical glitches none of that. The legos look like real life.
Sound: The music is good. R2's scream doesn't really get old. Everything sounds very nice.
Value/Tilt: For $50 this is a complete rip-off here. Here we have a very overrated game. The Star Wars franchise was not really that great. The old movies were cheesy, the newer ones were just boring. The games had more mediocres than other scores. Only the battlefront games are good. You have to be obsessed with Star Wars to appreciate this game or...10 years old to buy it. I was like 13 when I bought it and I gotta admit that was pretty stupid. But if you are 10 years old or preferably younger and you LOVE Star Wars. Then rent this game. If you liked the original Star Wars then you might wanna buy this game since buy now its like no more than $25.
