Well a little better then the first but stil needs more work.

User Rating: 6.5 | Legion Gold PC
Gameplay: In Legion Gold, you'll play the part of the leader of a nation-state during the height of the Roman era, when the legions of Caesar controlled the known world. You start out as the leader of either the Roman armies or one of the neighboring tribes as you attempt to build up your nation and fend off the opposition. Like in the first game you control your first provence and then build up your army to take over other tribes and such and build an empire/country. What is new is you will also be able to complete structures within your city, and upgrade them, thereby adding to your productivity and stature. While you can, obviously, conquer the surrounding nations, you can also use political and diplomatic means to pacify the opposition. There are also some new fractions and units to play with aswell. But it's alot like the Total war series where it is turn based but does not seem to be as grand. So everything is pretty much the game like the first game accept for a few new additions to the game which I just mentioned. Graphics: The Graphics are nice and colorful and are in a 2-D and 3-D mix. But most of the graphics in the game seem dated from 95? Anyways I like the effects of the blood and carnage after the battles.

Sound: Well the sound is well suited for the game, but I would have to say that the voice acting is still not very good.

Value: All in all this is a ok game but you loose enthusiasim playing. Once you are done playing it then you will probrably not want to play it again. Well the only reason I picked up this game is because of it was set in the anicent times/Roman times and it was before the days of Rome: Total war.
I give this game 6.5 out of 10
