This game is not the best wrestling game overall but it is close to the best in gameplay. In the campaign mode(I think that is what it is called) you will go to different parts of the country fighting some of the legends of the WWE/WWF(if for som reason you still call it that). In the matches you do different things to earn popularity. Once you become popular enough and have won enough matches, you will go against the champio of that region to try to capture that title.

Gameplay-9
The gameplay is outstanding compared to the rest of the game. There are a lot of differnt types of moves you can do. You can do anything from just punching them to doing drop-kicks off the turnbuckle(the corners, where you can limb them). In the right modes you can get a variety of weapons to use to bash your opponents face in(thats the first time I have ever used a phrase like that so it is probably wrong). There are not very many types of matches. The only ones I can think if right now are ladder match, normal match, and battle royal. In the ladder match, your objevtove is to keep your opponent down long enough for you to set up a ladder and climb it to grab the belt or whatever else is at the top. There si no disqualificatiion in this match so you are frre to hit your opponent with the laddder as well. In the normal match you can set the rules to make it certain specifications but make sure the last match you play it your favorite type of match because when you start the campaign again it will be the last matche that you played in expodition as the normal match. The battle royal match is not really a battle royal, its a royal rumble. So in the royal rumble(battle royal) you start off with four people in the ring, your objective is to mke both of their feet touch the ground(in the WWE) so that means in this game the objective is to knock your opponent out of thering but you cant just do a grpple and then knock them out, you have to weaken them almost completely and then do a grapple so they are hanging on the ropes then hit them with one of your most powerful punches/kicks. So as you can see there arent very many different types of matches and that is why the gameplay only got a nine.

Graphiics-2
The graphics in this game are some of the worst graphics on the gamecube. Every person, even the weak and highflying ones, have an upper body the size of Andre the Giant. When you make some one bleed by punching them, blood splatters every where. Lets say your opponent is in the corner and you go over to hit them. then they start to bleed and the blood is every where including the opposite corner. The crowd has about three DIFFERENT members, only three, throughout the whole crowd. In create a superstar mode there is a lot of a variety of clothes to pick from.. Plus there is extra features you can add to your "superstar", like tattoos and stuff llike that, that is the only thing that brought the graphics up to a two instead of only one.

Sound-4
The sound overall is the best non-gameplay thing in the game. The sound track is really good(it is rock music and if you dont like rock you can turn the music off). But other than the sound track there was nothning good about the sound. The sound it makes when someone gets hit sounds nothing like it really would. The anouncer's voice was terrible, much different from any anouncer the WWE/WWF ever had.

Value-2
The value would deserve something below one if it werent for the create a superstar mode. The create a superstar mode has a lot a clothes and extra tattoos and stuff like that to make it really, really fun to create a superstar although it takes three memory card blocks to have a new superstar.

You should not get this game unless you are all about the gameplay and nothing about anything else.
