Hmm.. Fun and addicting.. but broken..
Seems like there's a factory of producing same games over and over..
This game thou had the difficulty level quite right for me..
Unlike endless space where i was pawned after 5 min..then uninstalled the game..(I like challenge of c but not humiliation..)
This game leads you by the hand with missions that help you in the right direction..
Unfortunately as i kept on playing bugs..then more bugs appeared..
Ships move to one place..then stop reacting..cant control them anymore..
Building in space like shipyards don't function.. don't do anything but been out in space to add to the graphics..
that goes to all orbital constructs..point your vessels in direction of a repair station and hold your fingers lol.. sometimes it will work..other time it wont..
AI really sucks.
now and again every couple of rounds enemy send against me a couple of misly frigates..which i crush with my start up fleet..no challenge there..
Theres no fast forward here..wait for enemy ships to arrive at battle just cause they decide they don't want to use their warp engines for some reason lmao..
want to warp to them? sure you can..but then you'll risk your ships stranded in space and stop reacting to commands..bugs bugs..sometimes ship vanish into another when occupying the same space..making it hard to see when their gone die etc..
I like to ALT-TAB sometimes when im playing..multitasking you know?check mails etc..the game didnt appreciated that as well and crushed.
Another bug is while in combat,Ship captains are really over reacting..it sounds like they r all gone die..shouting in horror and such..while pawning and crushing their opponents.. doh
Overall this game has allot of promise..couple of patches to fix game mechanics and it would be fun and addictive..
gave this game a 6 overall..it still holds me playing..4 points down for the variety of bugs..QA team ftw?
