Decent RPG with a great battle system.

This was a pretty average PS RPG. The story was decent, but not outstanding, as were the graphics and sound. The only thing that really stood out to me was the cool combo battle system. It was quite original and dare I say...fun. If only the would have spent more time on character development (especially with Vahn) this could have been an outstanding game. I would reccommend it, but mainly for the afformentioned battle system, and if you are only a casual RPGer you should probably stay away. This game is not as good as the FF games, or Chrono Cross, Grandia, Lunar, etc. but it is fun and worth playing if you don't have anything better to do with your time.
