ive always loved left for dead...i find it the most fun zombie game :)... but i dont think they should put story into because all you really need to know is there are zombies trying to rip u up....thats what would make this game a classic in 5-10 years

cjj: that's why it has the fuel meter. I'm curious as to whether you can actually fill the chainsaw with gas you find that you'd normally light on fire. cozmo:When you picked up a gas can in L4D1, you could still use the flashlight. It'd be brutal if you couldn't so it's there for gameplay reasons.

Would a 2ghz dual core, 4gb of ram, NVIDIA Geforce 9400 with 256 of vram run this game smoothly? IBtw my computer is a mac, and i just run windows xp on it through boot camp.
Game looks like a buy for sure but i dont understand why games allways show off their games with the worst players it dosent make sense. With zombies going so fast its hectic i dont know how xbox players do it and i have a xbox and i played it. It just dosent have that great of servers no custom maps and on pc its better graphics but xbox does have split screen. Im getting it for pc i cant shoot with the sticks.
its ironic that people complain that valve is releasing a sequel within a year, yet people complain that vale takes to long to make sequels (Half-life2 ep.3) Make up your minds people.
This looks great! I'm glad Valve is adding so much new content because the original L4D felt very limited in what you could do.
Nice to see Valve thinking outside the box but don't they always. New guns and whats with the uzi silencer that might come in handy.

STOP GIVING OUT F*CKING DEMOS WHEN YOU PREORDER STUFF! Demos are supposed attract new customers, not the people that are already certain that they want the game. There is a serious of PC demo shortages nowadays... The only way you can get a taste of the game seems to download it and that's not the way it's supposed to be. You can't replace peoples personal taste with reviews...
Too bad these games aren't more scary. The first one never scared me because you always know there's a zombie around the next corner.

ye i dont like chainsaw,looks so funny,but they could make more new gameplay,looks pretty much like the 1 part,as i like 1 part i ll probably like this one too so ill get it
@tommynj Yeah and a new mode, a new difficulty for campaign and new zombies and items, and a new way to aproach the campaign with an AI that changes the landscape to challenge the player or help the player. Plus witches roam around but that just sucks to be honest but it means it's more challenging. If anyone bought the first and liked it they'll probably love this. This is a major improvement, no question about that.
Looks fun but not sure if it is worth $60.00. Basically the same idea except with a new story and some additional weapons.
I can't understand why you'd play valve games, especially off the source engine, on a console.
@halojp23 yeah the first one does get boring due to the limited selection of weapons and repetitiveness
i think i might get these got the first one it was fun but had no story and it got old after a while thats just me but looks like this one does thats good and looks funner than the first hopeful it will be we will see
