Oh, I will have some mighty fine memories with this game.

Yes, there were times when even I was open to liking games. That's right; a genuine movie-lover such as me once pondered liking games. Now, I'm not so much open to one such concept. But I will always have fond memories of playing certain games, one of which is "Left 4 Dead 2".

I spent my time fairly wisely by creating brief but cherish-able memories through playing "Left 4 Dead". And then the sequel came out, and I started playing it. Is it better than the original? No, not necessarily. It still has no straight-forward plot, and at the same time, plenty of gory zombie encounters to keep fans satisfied. If you can dig it, then you can dig it. But not everyone will.

While this is an all-around addicting and pretty-darn-good zombie apocalypse shooter, it's not a game for everyone. Some argue that it's not "hardcore" enough or "interesting" enough for them, although on all accounts I disagree. After all; Zombies are better than soldiers thus making "L4D2" better than "Call of Duty" (a financially superior shooter) on nigh all accounts. But who am I to judge.

Virtually my only complaint is that some of the characters aren't as great as the ones in the first game. I loved Bill, Louis, and especially Francis. I only loved Coach, although Nick was pretty bad-*** as well. Yep. That's all I've got for complaints.

Controls are good. Graphics are good. Melee weapons is a nice new touch. This film is just plain addicting to play, and I'll always love those days in which I convulsively played this fun little piece of work with my gaming friend Slipperywhenwet. I'll always have these memories. Plus, I really do enjoy hacking my way through hordes of zombies. And the best part is taking zombie names and incorperating them into every-day life (i.e yelling "Boomer" at little fat kids). There's too much to like about this game for me to criticize it further than the fact that the characters aren't as down-right endearing as the first four-some were. Otherwise, it's worth playing.
