How do I get the baseball bat?

I pre-ordered L4D2 for 360 and I've played it a couple of times. I was wondering if the so-called pre-order exclusive baseball bat is pre-installed in my copy or if I have to do something or other to get to use it.

you should have gotten a code when you pre-ordered the game. If you never got one see if you can go back to the store and get it once you put it in the bat is available for pickup at the begging of the level and other weapon spawns.

    Seems the bat may have been exclusive to Steam and GameStop. So if you didn't get it at GS, you might be out of luck. If you did, they should have given you a card with a redemption code to enter.
