I find the volume of the music fine and I like the music.

Why is there music playing during the whole interview at an annoying volume? It really makes this video uncomfortable to watch imho and distracts from the actual content. Removing background music from future interviews would be much appreciated. Playing different songs at a much lower volume would be fine too I guess.
