Actually, none of those things violate known laws of physics. Time travel, warp drives, and phasers don't actually exist either but none of those violate the laws of physics. Being able to jump up, move anywhere you want and then land without any sort of assistance (Pantheon) is actually possible, as is being a minotaur that heals people by roaring at the top of his lungs?

Being able to pull through walls has been observed in millions of played games, and numerous tournaments since Blitz was introduced.
It works as intended, and therefore is NOT a glitch, no matter how bad you want it to be.
You can't just pick and chose which rules of nature to observe when talking about a video game.
Because it's a game, and it runs on what ever set of laws the programmers want/don't want.
