What are Nocturne's weaknesses as a jungler?

How?
Olaf ult: Negates all of Nocturne's debuffs
Olaf E: Blasts squishy Nocturne away
Olaf gets armor: Negates nearly all the damage Nocturne does
He just eats away Nocturne like there is no tomorrow.

He only brings damage to a team comp and possibly a initiation with his ult.
His weakness's are that he's only good at ganking. He's not built to do take damage so he doesnt shine in that area.
He also cant carry a team and brings little in late game team fights. I would advise picking him as a jungler if your team already has enough beefiness and could really use the extra damage and help early game.

And Nocturne can shield Olaf E to give him his own attack speed steroid
They both have abilities they can use. Yes, you didn't need to confirm this. Now tell me how one's kit trumps the other's.

Doesn't true damage penetrate shields?
Either way, Nocturne does not have as good a clear time as you think, his fear is unreliable, his ultimate has a very long cooldown and he's very farm dependent.
Basically, he's prone to being bullied in his jungle and he'll have trouble getting back into the game due to long cooldowns.

Not as tanky as popular cc junglers, not as much 100-0 potential as kill junglers, no stupidly fast clear times as farm junglers. His ult is good but has a high cd for something that can be pretty lackluster if a team refuses to be caught out of position. That's just my two cents on nocturne.

Plus Noct's spell shield stops abilities regardless of their damage type, like Sivir's.
