Currently only Teemo selectable - I intend on adding about 439285409318509318590 more, as these are just player tokens, and have little actual restrictions/impact on the game even aesthetically.
but WHAT IF they COULD!
for example with the character you have already made....and a few others off the top of my head
Teemo - the person could activate his speed boost ability which increase his next dice roll by 20%....refreshes after he passes GO
Shaco - could have an ability where he uses his clone to bypass having to pay up, however it doesn't refresh until after he passes GO
Katarina - At the end of her turn or before, katarina can shunpo to another character piece in front or behind her 3 spaces...potentially avoiding having to pay up, landing on a tax, or going to jail....refreshes after she passes GO
Twisted Fate - Has an ability where he can roll 3 dice instead 2...refreshes after GO
Rammus - Has an ability where he can taunt a character 3 spaces in front of or behind him....causing that character piece to come to the property he is on, and causing the character to pay Rammus if he owns the property...refreshes after GO

Zilean - Has an ability that allows him to reroll any of his die or can make another player reroll any of their die. Refreshes after GO.

I said two turns because it gives it a more random feel to other players. In on turn, twitch has to be between a certain point.
If it's two turns, the mongrel could be anyway, have done anything. Your right though, should probably be toned down a little.
