Good game with terrible support

User Rating: 5 | League of Angels PC

As title says, you can have a lot of fun with this game and it holds for a while because it complexity takes you in. But if you expect replies to trouble in those promised two days, then forget it before you start.

You battle with a bunch of heroes with an angel behind you back. You battle anything, easy enemies, easy bosses, hard bosses and most, the interesting part, you battle other players. There are many ways to boost the stats of characters, positioning of the party and setting some effects so battles are not boring.

There are many servers around and they do cross-server matches and events for the folks which allows the older players to gain even more than the new ones on whole new scale. But because there are so many servers around, many get unpopulated and deserted, players are asking for mergers that could keep their play alive, but no reaction on that from developers since then. Becase many old servers got so boring by absence, even the strongest left and the hardcore top of all players is not growing that fast too high.

Well, you can buy many things in the game for many currencies while there is a special currency that could be obtained only from very occasional events or for money. You can buy a lot of time in reallife for rather small amount by getting the vip and using diamonds in small amounts here and there. Or you can spend a lot and gain invincibility against most of those who did not paid a dime. And some spend so heavy they get invincible and dominate most of the servers - do not expect to be 1st if you do not pay and do not expect to be in top 3 unless you pay at least a little sometimes.

As a paid service, the game should provide decent support that at least do not seem to ignore requests of players, at least those who paid and made a bonding contract that way. But this does not work and some are starting to pull money back for fraud using paypal, banks and lawyers. I understand that the support team is small and tickets and reports grow so fast - but if bugfixing and testing before deployement was on higher level, the support work would shrink under 10%... But sadly no signs of getting better :(
