Introduction
I'm sure all gamers out there are attracted to this game because of it's beautiful artwork as shown in the various advertisements and banners right? That applies to me as well! The moment I saw the artwork I was instantly hooked. Usually, I would ignore the banners but the artwork in this game is totally beyond comparison! Of course, this game is not solely about its artwork. The following paragraphs I would be discussing about what we, gamers are truly interested in.
1. Fun Factor
Nothing escape the most important factor - 'fun', when you're looking for a game to play. League of Angels possess the fun factor to keep gamers entertained 24/7. Firstly, LOA is not just about doing quests and killing monsters like all other MMORPG does. Your resource gain is not limited killing monsters. They have incorporated a comprehensive other genre of minigames (i.e. "Gemology" is mirrored after the all-time favourite game - Bejeweled). Hence, if you're an expert in minigames, this is the game designed for you! In addition, there're daily events that run from morning till night! From Team arenas (i.e. group pvp), World Boss (server-wide boss battle), quiz (answer questions and get resource!). Even at late night, there's seasonal events that include guild wars, battles as well as server tournaments. It is truly the game to play if you wish to be occupied 24/7.
2. Control & Gameplay
Tired of grinding for exp, resources and rare items in all other MMORPGs / ARPGs that you play? Always looking for automated/botting system to play other games? Fret not! At League of Angels, the developers have actually designed "auto-play" system (called Blitz) in this game. You're actually given 2 options to complete various quests and battle. you could either manually complete each quest (clicking on each monsters and viewing each battles) or simply automate it (Blitz the quest and complete it in one click!). This browser game makes it easy for you to literally play 24/7, be it at work, school or home!
3. Graphic & Artwork
In my introduction, I spoke about League of angels' fantastic artwork. Yes, the artwork are delivered as promised! Within the games, your closest combat partner (e.g. angels) are totally well-drawn, coloured by the game designers. As you grow stronger and increase your level, you gain stronger, more beautiful and cooler angels along the way. In special events and activities, you could even unlock more angels. Even your heroes/characters designs are not slipshod work too. You would be drawn to recruit more angels/heroes, not because they are simply 'higher level' and 'strong' but you would like to obtain them, because they are truly well-designed.
4. Sound
For a browser game such as League of Angel, the game developer has did a relatively good job here. Different maps, battles and events are accompanied with different background music. There's an assorted genre of music that could be soothing, exciting or eerie. You would be surprised, but at times I left my hero at a specific map to afk, while I listened to its BGM.
5. Replayability
Did i forget to mention earlier? Aside from daily quests / mini quests / events, Gtarcade's League of Angels, provide continuous update daily! Aside from bug fixes, daily events are rolled out to prevent the gamers from getting bored. There're 'Rose events' which you could send roses to your partners to gain more itimacy for marriage, 'House of Card Events' to get exclusive heroes, 'Tycoon events' that allows you to gain even more resources! I'm you guys are familiar with the World Cup 2014 that has finished recently? League of Angels had a real-time World Cup matches that allow players to bet with in-game currency and to win great prizes. In another words, you could show your support for your beloved in the game as well.
Conclusion
All in all, I would say this game is a must-try regardless if you are a casual or a hardcore gamer. As a casual, there's plenty of entertaining and free elements for you to try out. As a hardcore gamer, this game is truly made for you!
