As Free MMORPGs go, this is really nice. Can be considered a free lineage 2 clone. It has a nice pet system that allows you to ride a horse or a dragon. Its got a nice community. The graphics are very good, especially the environment except for the trees can be a little rough. The character models aren't bad either. But on my PC(Don't know if it's the same everywhere, it seems to have some slight graphic delay, but if you don't focus on the environment while moving its not a big deal. The dungeon quest feature is a nice little addon that allows you to use good skills in a dungeon, fight a boss and get rewards. The grind is very heavy but they do have exp events to lessen it. Lots of skills to learn like mining, harvesting, crafting although they don't really add much to the experience. You always get lots of skill exp so even if you don't level up you can still boost your skills. There always seems to be events/news when you start it up so it looks like the GMs are pretty active as well. I also like the Pandora Box event and the Moon Stones. You can get some nice stuff by chance, kind of like a lottery. All in all, a pretty solid Free MMORPG effort, definitely one of the best ones I have tried in a while. The real problem with the game though is the intense grind. It can be very hard to level up at later levels such that even level 30's can be considered high level on the more recent server. But until then, you can spend quite a few hours grinding up to that point before it can be unbearable. It wastes time, but after a while things may seem like a heavy chore. For casual gamers, you could probably play a couple of hours and day and eventually feel worn out by a month or two. If you can handle intense grinding at later levels - grinding gets a little tough by late 20's- early 30's, then this game will still have some more to offer if you enjoy doing things like castle siege which is recommended at higher levels.
The game itself has a nice presentation, but the actual gameplay is simplistic and while it has a bunch of interesting features they never really expanded upon it enough to enhance the gameplay. All in all, the game itself is fairly good albeit average free MMORPG, but what this game lacks in depth, it makes up for it with its fairly mature and nice community.
If they even increase the exp gain, then this could be a game where people need to take breaks and come back at a later time to enjoy it.
There's a lot of great online games out there like WoW and Everquest, but the people that can't or won't pay for these games are at a loss in locating a good game to play online. With all the bad or faulty MMO's out ther... Read Full Review
