Last Action on SNES is a one of most ridiculously bad Beat-Em-Up based on the Schwarzenegger movie of the same name. Dispute having the name on the game it's simply one of more horrendous games in the library.

As Arnold's character Jack you run down the levels in a one plane side scrolling stages where you'll try to battle against gangs like Knife wielding punks, guys with baseball bats and also guys with guns to shoot you down instantly.

You can barely hit them with your attacks before they hit you which makes your fights extremely tedious. You have 3 different attacks that you use, you can punch with Y, roundhouses with X or a twin kick that hits both enemies when they surround you. The problem is that the attack occurs randomly. When you face two enemies in the front you can't hit your enemies without getting hit which also makes it nearly impossible to survive.

You have only 5 Lives but you don't any continues or any passwords or save functionality which means you'll restart the whole if you die 5 times.

The graphics and animation are simply below average and also the sound effects and music are abysmal to listen to. Last Action Hero is simply an unpleasant looking and sounded game on the SNES.

Last Action Hero on the SNES is very, very hard and for al the wrong reasons, you can't hit any enemies without getting hit yourself, the presentation is awful to look at and listen to and on top of that, the game is simply boring, repetitive and it's barely playable. Overall it's a lousy Beat-Em-Up that Arnold Schwarzenegger and his fans should avoid at all costs. Don't buy it, rent it or download it otherwise you'll regret it.
