In short - Tomb Raider 6 done right. Well... done better than that game, anyway.

User Rating: 7.5 | Largo Winch: Empire Under Threat PC
Largo Winch is a game adaptation of an Europian action/adventure TV series from 2000's. Young playboy and heir to a business fortune must fight to protect his inheritance from a mysterious group with an eye for the world domination. It's an action/adventure game not unlike Tomb Rider 6. It's not a Tomb Raider clone but it uses the same push/pull/pull up/shoot/turn/use/solve puzzle gameplay to a much more contained degree. It's not a big, fancy or triple A game, but it does it's player justice. It's fun and the story doesn't extend itself longer than it has the steam for.

There is no character development, but just like in a Bond film every character does it's one-note job right. Largo can even be seen as a precursor for Drake from the Uncharted games franchise.

Locations include old Spanish Island fortress among others, puzzles are not difficult and platform elements are not abusive. The game feels like a TV show, an idea or two away from the summer blockbuster like Drake's Fortune is, but that's not necessarily bad in this case.

You'll have short but fun time with this game. It's a minor entry in the Tomb Raider genre but you'll most likely be glad you checked it out. It's more fun than the show, and it doesn't require any prior knowledge about the series.
