1 Like So, will Johnny play rest of the series? Falling in Love With Lara Croft videos have been the best things in gamespot recently.
I know other games have much better controls, but can still provide lot of frustation and laughter (especially Tomb Raider :Underwold's first level).
He said it was Benny Hill, so I played the theme in the background. It fits perfectly and adds to the humor. I almost dies of laughter actually.
I've liked the Tomb Raider series. The old games look comically bad now but at the time they were a lot of fun. However, that does not apply to Angel of Darkness. It was a horrible game. The bit where you had to do random actions to "get stronger" so you could do other actions was stupid. Controls were just abysmal. They added a second playable character, but it felt tacked on. Just on and on. Thankfully, Crystal Dynamics came on board after that and saved the series.
I actually wait for the next video of this series... Poor guy... So many shitty games...
Only played Underworld.... I liked that one... But this one had already Sand of Time to compete with... How could they make such boring game? Damn...

How can the game allow you to save at such a stupid place? Im very happy I stopped playing tomb Raider at number 3 now.
This should just honestly say, 'Falling In Hate with Lara'; this game really was the worst(or at least that's what I thought until I played Underworld.)AoD did'nt feel like a TR game at all,except with it's clunky control's that is. Before I'd rage quit I'd LET Lara die several times and laugh methotically...

I played Tomb Raider 1-3 from start to finish and loved them at the time. Then I played AoD and got about as far as Johnny did before quitting it for good. It was just AWFUL. I still think Johnny should play TR: Anniversary, just to see how great the first one actually was, but without the control issues !
Honestly, youre partly to blame for hating tomb raider. Youre shit and do. Keyboard isnt helping though and chivalry always ends up more interesting.

XD Also I think your bosses damn well understand, you needed extra breaks after having to take on a shitty movie tie-in on the same day sans partner :P. I wonder if there's enough silly comments on the Falling in Love series to make a Feedbackula?
Pitty you didn't get very far with Tomb Raider because it will only get far far worse! Ridiculous situations having no idea what to do or even why to do it.. And of course the camera angles to make the Tomb Raider feeling complete! I can remember it zooming in so far up Lara's skull you would only see 2 eyeballs and a set of teeth floating about, while you were climbing a ladder for fucks sake... But I absolutely loved the Chivalry "plot" again! Keep it up and hang in there Johnny!
1 Like Finally an episode of falling in love with lara with a happy ending. If you watch closely at 7:14 you can actually see the moment when Johnny's state of mental health shatters.
Wow, the second part of the stream was a lot more entertaining. Shit the old Tomb Raiders are dull. Guess i'll be buying Chivaly then.
it was my first TR and i really liked it .. it was a playable demo on a dvd inside my ps2 and that was how i got to know about it and later got the game ... god i missed that old fashion kinda finding and liking game with no metacritics and scores and hype and stuff !!!

LOL as priceless as i though it'd be. I want Johnny to make it through to the current iteration; he'll tell is if it truly feels like a reboot.
