a bit fun, but after half an hour of driving a straight course with little bends, you get tired of it.

When i was younger, I played this game to the end. I just loved the fact that I was driving over 320 km/h (200 mph) and at the end of the game over 500 km/h (310 mph), haha. You get to race in the areas of several American city's, against a bunch of other participance wich you can bet with before the race to raise your price. A bit of costumising the car is possible, like a turbo, manual gear box, wet tires, ice tires, better engine, radar for tracking police stands(ok, that's pretty cool), even a whole new convertible car, wich I don't like. You know, that kind of things. As I look back, I just don't get why I could have played the game to the end. The tracks are boring. they are just a straight line, no tight corners or such, just really big bends in the screen that suppose to be corners. Also, you can beat your rivals so easely, it's just no fun. The real challenge is beating the police car who trashes your car when you drive faster as the allowed speed (wich is ALWAYS to low). Don't know how long I played it to complete, but I guess it was around 20 hours or so..

The game works with save game codes, no memory included....yeah!

So what can I say. The game is just a bit fun for a little while, also fun for 2 players against each other. No challenge like the name of the game says. So, it's not mario kart, it's just fast.
