It's time to get the morphine off the street! Check out the latest trailer!
History of Gaming will owe RockStar ! This is really amazing in everything ! This is 1000 time better and smoother than GTA IV 2 years ago nobody could imagine sth like this
The same texture like rubber, these Jurassic consoles. Why did Rockstar do not develop a version for the PC by using all that this powerful tool has to offer. Most prefer to launch a X360 port patched with various patches and still continuing bad as they did with GTA IV. Damn this generation of consoles that never ends.
20 seconds in: This looks kind of familiar... 40 seconds in: Oh, LA Confidential, I can dig it... 1 minute in: Oh come on! He has an Irish accent!
Dude at 0:18 looks like Dr. Bishop from Fringe.. *imdb's* ... hell yeah, I was right!! .....I need to get out more
@xGho5tx The facial animations look life like because they aren't animations. They filmed the actors as they did their lines and then pasted the video footage onto the models. Obviously it's more complex than that, I'm dumbing down, there are videos on youtube showing the method they used in detail if your interested, but the point is that it's not lip synced polygons covered with an unchanging textures like you see in other games, it's an actors actual face.
Facial expression, voice acting, it's really cool never seen great game like this before,.. 10 of 10
The facial animations are so life like, it's amazing what there able to pull off nowadays. Pre-ordered! 8)
Every Trailer they put out make me sooo much more excited, but also make the wait feel so much longer!!
Anyone else notice this isn't really Noire? Sure its set in the golden age of cinema's classic cop story but that's not at all what the Noire genre consist of. Oh well. It will still be a great game. Just a little disappointed by the misleading title.
god all these trailers are making me come closer and closer to actually pre ordering something! this looks outstanding...
The facial expressions are so lifelike... the best I've seen in a video game yet. I can't wait for this... :D
@AngryAxeMonkey - its not the actual gameplay, its the actual cutscenes. What dark rising is referring to is when you actually move the character around.
ITs kind of weird, I don't know when the game will be playable, compare to movie teller. I hope the balance both in a good way...
This game looks bad ###. I love film noir. this game is probably going to be the definitive "game noir" ever made. BUT. there are better looking games. WAY better looking games. I know graphics are not everything. and where most rockstar hits are concerend what they do best is the story and how you interact with that story and how it is reavled. BUT come on... There are photo realistic games coming out left and right. and this game looks like a 5 year old 360 game. It looks like GTA4 which lets face it, there are better looking games out there. whatever. I pre ordred the game.
Granted it looks great.....but I am hoping the story element lives up to the hype. So far Rockstar has not proven themselves to be great story tellers as there are too many logical irregularities within their past games. It's what ruined Red Dead for me. Beautiful landscapes and environments with characters and storylines that seem distant from the gameplay.
