How do I obtain the last set of costumes?

I obtained the 1st 2 sets while I was collecting items and I have no idea how I got them. They just appeared in the extra section out of nowhere. I have gotten all the items now but the last set of costumes didnt appear. Please help me.

The first set is for beating the game on hard (Knight), the next is for beating it on whatever they've called Very Hard.

Keep playing stages and you'll eventually get them. I got all costumes playing normal (Squire) and easy (Page), was originally redoing stages for Lost Pages and better grades.
