Klonoa on the Wii isn't quite as immersive as Klonoa 1 or 2 on Sony's consoles, but $30 for a great game should suffice.

Klonoa was one of my favorite PS1 games. It told a simple but moving story, had fantastic platforming, boasted a great soundtrack and was only brought down by its short length. Klonoa 2 improved Klonoa 1, and it's really too bad Klonoa as a franchise hasn't exactly taken off.

As a remake, Klonoa on the Wii is excellent. It doesn't tamper with the formula that made the first game great, and even though that also means it's just as short, for thirty dollars, I really can't recommend this enough.

Graphics-Very, very good. No bland textures or screen tears or anything. Not the absolute best but then again who cares about graphics to begin with?

Sound- Remixed soundtrack is nice, but not mindblowing. The voice acting is kind of annoying but you have the opition to replace it with what the original game had-cutesy gibberish.

Gameplay- Just as fun, accessible, and creative as it was in 1997.

Replay Value- Again, it's like 5 hours long, but there are some extra levels and trials and other things to keep you busy a little while after you beat it.
