What is the best helper to complete Helper to Hero?

Most of the characters I use eiter lose to Meta Knight, or the last boss (Wamm Bamm Jewel). Which helper is the best to use to complete it?

Rocky (Stone) has invincibility and high attack damage.
Bonkers (Hammer) has the highest attack damage.
TAC (Copy) has invincible guarding and rapid-fire attacking which is strong.

Plasma, using the full-charged shot method. I found Yo-Yo to be pretty useful, too.

Rocky is the easiest to beat HTH with. If you're more experienced, Bonkers is the fastest.
