This is a great RPG, lovely adventure!

Adventures are always interesting, even if they are not well put together the story can often rescue it. However, KoA is a great all round adventure in a world where their is lots to do and see. There are many creatures to slay, enemies to kill and places to see.

The graphics are amazing, a give great credit to the visual and art teams for manufacturing such a great all round visually appealing product. Beautiful forests, lovely inns, towns, dungeons, forests, farms lay in wait for the player to explore, there is no doubt that KoA rates right up at the top for visual appeal.

Game-play is great too, it kind of reminded me of God of War, there is a negative to combat and melee scenarios however. The camera often tries to be as cinematic as possible and often hides multiple enemies and focuses on one, this leaves you open to unseen attacks from the others which can be a little frustrating, however it is not a huge thing. There are combos that one can perform and many weapons to use, from hammers, to broadswords, daggers, bows and so on, there is certainly choice.
The melee combat sounds great too, when blade tears into flesh it seems realistic, its rather enjoyable.

Quests and Story. The story, as GameSpot puts it, is generic but its still there and is fun to unfold, it involves killing the main bad guy in the end while slaughtering his minions before you get there. Quests are fun too, killing main bad guys, finding items, helping out town folks, becoming a robber too. The quests are many and various so you wont get bored playing it.

The bottom line:
KoA is a wonderful RPG, it is a massive game too and it does not become mundane. Well worth it.
