Great Amalgamation of Properties – Best Disney Based Game Ever!

User Rating: 8 | Kingdom Hearts PS2
I picked this game up as a rec from a friend and I thoroughly enjoyed it, though found some of the game play confusing and found myself having to re-do levels or puzzles because the characters wouldn't stop in just the right spot. I still haven't finished this game, after having given up when I couldn't physically reach a moving tram.

The premise of the game is really cute and the addition of Goofy and Donald to your entourage is actually helpful for the overall game. In some ways, it's like you have to extra attackers in tow. Unfortunately, there are numerous times where they stand too close or don't instinctively move, impeding your ability to succeed.

I thought the visuals were perfect for a Disney game and the music was adorable at times. The variety of the game play was evident and the addition of random Disney characters made each level both unique and an extra challenge.

For games that I haven't completed, it's hard for me to be honest or objective. I must have enjoyed it enough to keep playing it, but once I hit a wall, it was hard to motivate to try again. I'd say this is a great game and a great franchise, but one that required more patience than I had to complete it. I do wish I had completed it, but I doubt very highly that I'd ever pick it up again.
