Squaresoft(Square-enix) and Disney, joined forces into making this game, read on to find out how that went...

Back in 2002, this was something nobody had in mind would ever happen, a collaboration with Squaresoft and Disney. It sure did sound weird that those two companies joined forces into creating this game, but now back to the game...
The game itself was surprisingly good, but a little weird. The protagonist in the game, Sora, is dreaming to explore other worlds, along with his other two companions, Riku and Kairi.
You start of in a dream of Sora's. In that dream you get to do things like answer questions, like for example people(Final Fantasy characters) start asking questions, which you get three alternatives on how to respond to the specific questions asked. The game can slightly change, depending on what you choose, not the story itself though, only the way enemies fight you.

Later on, Sora's friends mysteriously disappear from the tropical Island on which they are situated. Sora heads on a journey to find his friends. He yet again fights the gigantic giant, which you will recognize from Sora's dream, and after defeating him, Sora will be brought to another world.
In that world Sora will meet two other characters, that you might be very familiar with, who will accompany Sora on his journey,Donald and Goofy. It sure sounds strange but they fit brilliantly in this game.
After you start getting to know them, you will travel with them to other worlds, with a thing called The Gummi Ship.
MINOR SPOILER:
There are no FF worlds! Only Disney worlds...
BACK TO THE NONE SPOILING PART:
As you play you can collect money, which is very typical for RPG's. And what's also typical for RPG's is that the money you collect has it's own name, in this particular game money is called "munni", so don't go thinking that they've spelled it wrong or something...!
THEY WAY YOU PLAY:
This game is a so called action RPG(Role Playing Game). which means that you basically command your character while he is running and jumping around.
The action in the game is pretty fast and let's Sora do multiply attacks while in mid air for example.

The sequel to the game comes out soon, but that should not stop you from getting this game, I highly recommend that you do get it!

Thanks for reading! :D
