Wield a Jedi lightsaber with your real hands.
I don't know. Looks a little too gimmicky for me. It just don't look like a very good game so far-- even the animations looked pretty wonky. Clearly the game is only intended to make use of the Kinect, and has no real focus on story or anything like that. At least that's what it seems like from what I've read and seen here. It's just another Kinect gimmick but this time with a Star Wars theme. And is it just me, or does it seem like this would have made more sense for the PlayStation Move? The controller could simulate a lightsaber and starship controls... Actually give you something to hold in your hand, it would make it feel a little more "believable" or "realistic" in a sense. Ah well.
Remember the commercials for the NES power glove or whatever? Well anytime a commercial advetises the player more than the game, you know the game is a flop. Players don't play a game look cool, they play a game because it is cool.
If it is on rails that is horrible. They really need to take motion gaming to a whole new level and make it fun for all ages. Make combat difficult. Allow us to roam an open world. Get the timing down so motions are accurate for everything we do. Stop bringing out unfinished garbage that only is a taste of what full motion action gaming could really be like. As for people who say they only need their controller I guess you don't have the imagination to see how much better gaming could be for some of our fav titles if they did full motion gaming right.
well those kids werent actually playing the game so this dun really tell us much about the gameplay but a delay will be expected...
so if i play this..i will become so immerssed in the game, that i will become delussional and believe that i am in the world of star wars? thats what this trailer just said..
Didn't wow me when i say it at E3 2010, doesn't wow me now! But i will keep my eye on it, but not until i keep my eye on others as well.
would be good if u could train your feeling skills with this but rest of it is insignificant and will fail
@prostar343 remember when Wii came out and people threw controllers threw their tvs. it wil happen and microsoft will end up buyin a new one for someone.
Bad idea Kinnect kind controllers are not soo cool to make Star wars what it must be, IT could be better IF they gave us Star wars battlefront 3 :D
Well that was slightly disappointing... I would expect much better graphics and I highly doubt it would even work at all...
