Season 2 for Kinect is everything you would expect, and while it is fun, there appears to be a lack of depth.

If you follow my reviews, you will notice this is my shortest yet. That is not to say that Kinect Sports: Season 2 is not fun, just that there is not much to say about it. When the Kinect launched at the end of 2010, one of the premier titles was Kinect Sports. 2011 saw the release of Kinect Sports: Season 2, which features six new sports to move your way into. While each of the six are fun and easy to get into, you almost feel like there should be more choices to accommodate you. You are able to play baseball, football, darts, golf, skiing, and tennis. Each of the six provides the ability for at least two players to play, with golf and darts allowing up to four.

Each of the sports is responsive, and I didn't have many problems with the sensor detecting certain movements or actions. My main argument with the game is that each of the sports can become very repetitive. The game has already seen some DLC, but that is not enough. And playing single-player can get boring enough when you are going against a lackluster A.I. Keep your friends close when playing this Kinect game.

All-in-all, Season 2 for Kinect is a joyful experience, and a fun one that will last you for a long time to come. Not much needs to be said about this fun experience. Each of the sports will provide hours of fun, whether you are with family or friends. The single-player experience does not feel as engaging when playing alone, but it will still entice those lonely souls out there. If you are a fan of any party game or family game, Kinect Sports will definitely not disappoint.
