Weird, gory, innovative... only these words can describe Killer7's true grandiosity.

User Rating: 9.7 | Killer7 PS2
I was truly impressed with Killer7's bunch of innovations for an action/adventure (suprisingly, Killer7 isn't a FPS game -- and people keep rating it like one) game. With a captivating and constantly growing storyline, the game puts you in a role of a legendary man called Harman, who can impersonate 7 killers, so there you see the name of the game. The gameplay is quite good, and unlike many people complain about, the cranky movement (moving onto an solid straight line) helps to focus the gamer on the action, and not on exploring your surroundings. To see this, the game's backgrounds are not that colorful and beautiful, so, forget about only pressing X to move forward, enjoy what the game has to offer, like its storyline (that deserves a 10 rating) or dialogues (wich are some of the best ones in the PS2, with some great voice actors, losing only to MGS3 xD). The gameplay, apart that is simple, quite entertains you a bit before you become interested in another thing, such as a puzzle, or a certain enemy to kill. Killing enemies is as easy as ever, especially when you get the Counter Attack ability. You have to simply hold R1 to enter the first-person view, press triangle to scan the screen and get a clear view of your foe, than just put the reticule on the enemy's weak spot (a glowing gold light on a random part of the enemy's body) and shoot, if you miss, try again, or just aim for the head, arms and leg, for extra blood. Blood, this is where the game gets interesting. Don't even try to let your children or small brother play this, because this game is a bloodbath from beginning to end, and some scenes are really shocking and must not be played by a non-mature player. Well, unles you're like me for example, because I'm 13 and I really enjoy blood and guts, liver, stomach, everything flying away with a shotgun shot to the chest xD. In short, Killer7 is a great, one of the greatest ever seen, and I think it is better than GTA Vice City, just to answer any questions possible. No, the score I gave it don't lie, the game DO is awesome and need to be played by everyone with a GC or PS2.
