Simple in design, but dang it, is this game hard. If you like a good challenge, Kid Icarus is the game for you

This is perhaps the most difficult game I've ever played. From the very first level you will be wanting to break the wii-mote in half. Graphically, the game is quite plain and simple. But it's kind of nice. Besides, with all the frantic shooting you'll be doing, you wouldn't have time to stop and enjoy the scenery anyway. But just because it's challenging, doesn't mean it isn't fun. There's never a dull moment, as enemies are constantly flying at you, and the game's soundtrack consists of one of the best video-game scores of all time.
The game is set up very similar to the old metroid games, so if you like those you'll probably going to like this.
If you like a good challenge, and don't mind simple graphics and controls, I think you would really enjoy kid icarus.
