Smaller screen?

Hey, i have a slightly messed up monitor (As in a badwire so i cant see 1/4th of the screen.) Can anyone tell me if theres a way to make the katawa shoujo window smaller? If so, let me know how please!

Dpn't know but damn you should just go get an old monitor, you can prob find out at your local salvation army or something.
