Definitely a classic for the Apple IIe.....

Karateka is one of the first real games that I really remember playing (besides what you would find in your local video arcades) on our Apple IIe computer way back then (which must've been at least 20 years ago, wow).

Anyway, Karateka was a very simplistic journey through a Japanese landscape where you used your karate kicks, jumps and punches to attack your many enemies. Once I got the hang of it, I found that it was pretty easy to defeat the entire game (even the big enemies), but that didn't take away any of the fun of the game, even though I was playing on a plain old, green monochromatic screen.

Karateka definitely brings back some good old memories, so it'll always been a classic game for me, and I'd love to see it come back in some other game compliation for the PS2.
