Just Cause 2 takes you to the war torn island nation of Panau, a imaginariy nation somwhere in teh South Pacific. To make a long story short, it becomes Grand Theft Auto in Asia.

Overall, the game storyline is not the best I've seen. While the main character, Rico, is a humorous and agressive man, he is one of very few characters you would like in the game. Several characters simpl have poor accents and add little to the storyline. The spy theme to the game can sometimes get out of control, such as being attacked by ninjas or some other completly random change in plot can occasssionally make you wonder if their really was any thought in making this storyline.

Here is where the game really shines, the sandbox mode. DO whatever you want, however you want in the island nation. Hijack a car, then a bike, an airplane, all the way to jet fighters and cargo jets. The Grapple Hook and Parachute used together allow for a fun alternative method to zipping around in cars. Help terrorist bring the dictator to his knees and wipe his face off the island, it is one of the best free style games Ive played.

All in all dont come in playing this if you are looking for deep character, a touching storyline, and skilled voice acting. This game has almost none of that. Play it because the free roaming environment and all the goofy little easter eggs within the game make this one a must play for sandbox junkies.
