Blow up some stuff on land....Blow up some stuff while hanging off a helicopter your choice.
Graphics: The graphics are well done with massive attention to detail. Trees sway when you fly too close with a jet, throwing a grenade in water looks realistic (although I've only seen that happen on movies,) and viewing it's massive world while hanging from the bottom of a helicopter is downright gorgeous.
Gameplay: Mix GTA 4 with some Stuntman Ignition and Red Faction Guerilla and you have Just Cause 2. The game was built for insanely unrealistic stunts and destruction and you get rewarded all the way. Running around jumping on the top of other peoples cars and blowing stuff up will always be amazing. Although the targeting can get a little tricky at times, the gameplay still fun.
Story: The game is being held together with a loose story of a traitor...which really isn't involving or immersive at all but the gameplay and graphics make up for it.
Voiceacting/Sound: The developers did a decent job with the sound but the voice acting could have used a little more work. The fake accents of the people you come in contact with are so fake it's almost funny to listen to it...so I guess that's good voice acting?? Dunno.
Running and gunning aren't the only things you can do on this game. Base jumping, parachuting, and grappling make the game that much more fun. Not to mention the fact that you have an enormous amount of vehicles at your disposal while setting the island ablaze.
Final Verdict: Just Cause 2 is an amazing game and you will have more fun that you would initially think you would. If you love action games and want to destory just about everything while being on a island overrun with foreign police then this is your game.
