When this game came out, I remember thinking, "This is the way the new games should be." I was slightly disappointed in Crash Bandicoot because it was so linear. Jumping Flash 2 let you roam around and get things done your own way. The gameplay itself was spot on, and the sense of heights was incredible.
It amazes me that this game isn't very widely recognized. I rarely meet anyone who has heard of it, and I don't really know why it never caught on. However, if you haven't played it yet, give it a try. It is still fun after all these years and has held up well. The levels are interesting and some are downright beautiful. Well worth the effort to track it down.
