It annoys me how everyone goes "OMGITROCKSWTF" without saying anything about the game, or saying it is like SSBM. Beating the game IS lots of fun, and it has all those characters you might be familiar with, aswell as some other cool ones you might not know, but the game isnt near to perfect. Here are some warning points about the game:

First of all, the reason why I'm OVERLY dissapointed with the game. It has nothing that really resembles an "Arcade" mode. Once you beat the Adventure mode and put all the Koma together, all you'll be able to do is go back to stages, or battle your own Decks. The game doesnt really pose much challenge, and since matches can only last 90 seconds, either it'll end too soon to actually have fun, or you'll win by a big difference of points.

You NEED friends with the game. Friends who will get INTO the game, and make a huge challenge. Friends will also help you be able to have all characters selectable without having to be changing decks every time you feel like using a different character, because you can only make 10 decks, but you can get some more from your friend. There's also the "premade" decks, but you wont want to pick those.

That's the next point , in this game, you dont pick characters from selection screens. You have to make a "deck" out of panels or "koma." You have to unlock the koma, put them together, then make a deck out of Battle, Support, and Help characters. A lot of cool characters are unlocked almost near the ending of the game, so you wont have much time to enjoy them either if you have no friends. If you're thinking "wow, I'm gonna pick vegeta right from the start and be best with him" well, forget it.

Though there are some very original and fun points about the battle system, overall I thought it felt bland. Most of the time you'll have to start combos the same way with all characters.

So, taking all that aside, the game is entertaining, but not worth paying a whole lot for. I imported it for like $65(because they didnt free-ship to my country) BIG mistake, since I'm sure no one here has the game. If your friends are getting it too, get it for sure. If you REALLY REALLY want to be able to use Naruto, Luffy, Goku, ect. in the same game, get it. If you want an old-fashioned fighting game, you might be better off waiting for Guilty Gear Dust Strikers.
