Does anyone know the location of each special glyph?

Those upgrades are sigils (glyphs are the murals that appear throughout the game, which only give you a trophy if you discover them all).

Anyway, plenty of us know all of their locations, but because there are so many, I'd rather point you towards one of the FAQs for this game. You can figure out which ones you're missing by going to the level select area. If you start from the platform where you would exit the area and turn back towards the center of it, follow the ruins to the left, and you'll eventually see a small platform. On it, you should see glowing marks indicating which sigils you already have.
