Need a save data

i d/l the one from gamefaqs and it turns out that you can't use it because it will overwrite any save data you have and the game tells you that you can't use another user's save data. so i was almost finished the game and lost everything.

only reason i d/l it was because i had beaten it on the dc many times with everything jet, all characters, etc...but that was when i was in high school and into college.

i'm 28 now and obviously life has changed. i don't have time for a lot of things and just wanted to play this in hd. oh well.
