Is there a way to have random images as grafiti like you could put downloaded images from internet on the dreamcast version?

Prolly not, cause xbox don't have a net navigator. :/
But maybe you can take pics with the camera?

Anyone knows?

Unfortunately not. There's no way to share graffiti over Xbox Live period, much less reroute the in-game browser to where you want.
