Jet Force Gemini is a game made by Rare. It is about a boy named Juno, a girl named Vela, and their dog Lupin. They all are members of a space protection organization, dedicated to protecting the galaxy. The major threat is the tyrant named Melzar, and his army of ants and other bugs. Melzar and his troops take out the Jet Force teams except Juno, Vela and Lupin. They escape and find out that Melzar is capturing the Tribals, and peaceful race of alien bear-like things. Your goal is to save all the Tribals and destroy Melzar. The gameplay is good. It is a first person shooter mainly, and you can get dozens of weapons from your average pistol to machine gun to sniper rifle to shurikens. Each character has their own special ability. Juno can jump high, Vela can breath underwater, and Lupin can fly for a couple seconds. The graphics are good, even though this is a old game. There is not much lag or bugs. The sound is great. The weapons sound like weapons, and Melzars troops sound like your average bugs. The value is what makes this game great. The games takes so long to beat. Heck, I have been playing it for FIVE years and still haven't beat it. It is that long, and if you finish, then you can play multiplayer with some friends. The multiplayer is good, but the single player is the main part. The game plays well, and is very fun, but frustrating at times. There are some secrets in the game, like unlocking a floating machine that helps you in fights and also unlocks some minigames. Overall, if you want a fun, long lasting game, here it is.
