Despite bad reviews, Jaws Unleashed can be good if viewed with low expectations.
The game starts out 30 years after the movie, and the shark we all know and love is still terrorizing Amity Island. The Island is quite large, and is broken down into three parts with side missions and smaller territories. In these parts there are many people to put havoc on. Some will be sailing and some will be water skiing, but the real fun is being Jaws.
Jaws starts out with a tutorial. It shows you how to bite, tail whip, swallow, etc. Once this is over, you start the GTA gameplay. You start out with a story mission that shows what you'll be playing with. The cutscenes are bad, becuase the sound is fuzzy and off, and the graphics are meh. But once you get to explore, you get to have fun. Swimming around and eating people is a lot fun but the controls will take getting use to. The shark looks great, and all of the life under the sea is real, but as I mentioned above, above water....not so much.
The game actually lasts quite a long time, and its always fun to eat people, but the story mode sucks, and there are a few bugs, but Jaws is still fun to be around.
