It looked pretty darn cool..... wonder how it went bad.

Cliché game idea. To say that Avatar steals ideas from halo is like saying halo steals from the sci-fi genre in general, it's called inspiration not plagiation, humans killing aliens on another planet ooh.... halo was first with that?

zonga82 5 pts

I think they steal ideas from Halo.

mdt_papa 5 pts

i think the movie gonna be awesome and game also!

UnionOfV 5 pts

If this is a proper game than this is going to be brilliant (in terms of gameplay, not graphics afaics). If this is however an "adaptation" of a movie then good luck. Lets hope it's good :)

It's gonna suck just like every game adapted from a movie. The sad part is that this concept actually has potential, and Ubisoft is a great company. The problem is that all this game is meant to be is advertisement for the movie, and nothing more. It just doesn't have the proper budget. Sorry

MJ-HYPES 5 pts

I don't know what to think. The graphics look a bit grainy and...this is based on a movie??? Holy sh*t

Armyboy5 18 pts

Hmm... Aliens vs Humans online... looking good..

acerpg007 5 pts

Is this like Halo 3 and Section 8?

MrPMPisBeefy 5 pts

I wonder how many people will confuse this with Avatar: The Last Airbender.

MrPMPisBeefy 5 pts

Hmmm that showed some potential. Let's see how it turns out.

physicbuddha 5 pts

They've upped the ante for a movie game with graphics here, but I'm still predicting a flop.

Darth_Pietrus 5 pts

Will it have co-op? If so then Ill serously think about buying it.

I had no idea such a movie was being made. Having looked it up a bit, there does seem to be an interesting premise in it, that being the fact that humans are the aggresors this time around. The story has a little ring of "Dances with Wolves" in space. Sounds ridiculous, I know, but hey,*potential SPOILER here* the main protagonist is reportedly a scout for this human invasion force and falls in love with one of the native females, so there you have it. I really can't tell if it'll be any good or an epic fail. If it fails it WILL be epic, cause so is it's budget. As for the game... I'm expecting the overall presentation to be top notch what with these graphics, voice talent and so on. Now in the walkthrough video I saw no gameplay to get excited about. Too early for any conclusions I guess.

if the movie is good then the movie fans will expect a good game. then, the better the movie is, there is a great probability that the people that bought the game because of the movie will get disappointed with another linear first person shooter, and if the movie is bad, then the game wil probably be another fps with terrible story and good graphics. At least that is what I think. (I sense incoming disaster)

scabsandashes 5 pts

umm..batman game isnt based on the movie... and ur excluding the last couple of games that actually scored an average of 7 wolverine and transformers which isnt great but its better then a 4.5 and a step in the right direction.

Jim60360 14 pts

movie will be good, game will be crap.

Kubilius 5 pts

So far basically every movie-based game has failed miserably (well, maybe except Batman which I haven't played). Is this gonna be different ?

Scoot44 5 pts

Nice graphics but I'm still not over james cameron ruining the ubisoft demo at E3,he just kept talking and talking and no1 knew at the time what he was talking about or what he was smoking to come up with the idea.

Phoenix534 5 pts

You know giedrius1001, graphics=/= gameplay. No one cares if it has Crysis graphics or not.

Phoenix534 5 pts

I think we have another great movie game.

Is it just me, or did the guy climbing into the mech-suit(about at 55-58 seconds in) look KINDA like Master Chief? Nothing against the MC, just something that caught me.

zj_pyro 5 pts

Velvik 5 pts

I really have no idea what this movie and the game is about ??

torpedochicken 5 pts

wow i keep getting confused, theres a tv show called Avatar, and the movie for that is called The Last Airbender, meanwhile there is another movie coming out called Avatar, that has to do with little blue forest people, and this is the game for the Avatar movie.... why not give the movie based on the show the same name, and find another name for this thing... meh wtv

custerke 5 pts

I read somewhere that this whole game is being developed on 3D monitors, and that you will get the best experience from this game by using a 3D monitor yourself. So I was like... WTF?? They gonna force us to buy a 3D screen now?

fox053166 5 pts

this game made possible by CRYTEK2 ENGINE=PURE PERFECTION:)

"In game footage" is just another word for cut scenes. I would like to see some actual game play videos. But it still looked nice.

J_Butcher 5 pts

Re : DeanSMASH ....the graphics areant theat good because they had to edit the video to fit on the website... it would be much better if you saw this on a T.V
