Avatar is not really a bad game it's just an incredibly boring one .
The game has beautiful graphics and fairly good animation and fairly good voice acting (but there are some terrible ones in it) and have a replay value in it by splitting the storyline.
You interestingly enough create your own character and control it and you land on Pandora (seriously Why that name ? how unoriginal can you be Mr.Cameron ?!) seeking to take the Navi land and mine it but you will use a body made of the navi DNA called Avatar to use diplomatic solutions.
as the game progresses you will have a choice of fighting with the navi or being with humans to kill the Navi and take their land.
If you chose to be a Navi you will fight with bows and arrows in a 3rd person prospective and killing humans with blades is really awesome and if you chose to be human you will fight the Navi in a 3rd person shooter style.
You might think all of that makes a good build up for a great game, it is like that in the beginning but what kills it is 4 things :
1. The story is boring and no character is interesting.
2. The vehicle controls is one of the worst I have ever seen.
3. The missions are way too repetitive
4. lacks any real Challenge
Overall this game is not terrible and actually fun to play at many times and comparing it to many other movie based games it is really something but they could have done much much more to make it awesome.
