Daniel Craig at his best in this stealth style shooter

User Rating: 8.5 | Blood Stone: 007 PS3
Daniel Craig is back as 007 in this adventure as he is trying to stop a bio terror weapon from being spread around the world.

Story:
The story is exactly what you would expect from the James Bond Series. Showing you parts of Athens, Istanbul, Monaco, Siberia, Bangkok and Burma. These areas are in which you will be able to drive and fight in during the whole story. The start is amazing with a really nice driving sequence and stealth combat and ends with a car chase and the new Bond's "Touch of Death" style ending making it a cliffhanger for the next Bond game. But overall thanks to the story it is worth playing.

Gameplay:
Slick driving mechanic thanks to Bizarre Creations the creators of PGR. Smooth gunplay and hand to hand attacks and also achievements that you are trying to acquire throughout the coarse of the game. Four difficulty settings from Recruit to 007 mode. 007 mode is of coarse required to be unlocked after beating the game once.

Characters:
Your typical roster of characters from Bond, his Bond Girl in this case is Nicole, M, Tanner and apparently no Q and I am starting to assume Tanner is the new Q due to him being the contact from Q Branch, villains and so on. Due to the story it seems like it is a Bond film than a Bond game due to the fact that the characters are like the ones in the movies.

Overall:
Worth playing because of the story. Driving mechanics are slick and 3rd person view really helps the perspective along with your smart phone which makes it a handy sonar for detecting enemies.

Score:
8.5/10
