When you played in the first jak and daxter in a cute, fairy-like world, you play in jak II in GTA-like city, but that doesn't make this game a GTA rip-off. The game begins where the first one ends. Jak and his friends use a portal like of thing that brings them to the future. Jak is being captured by the lord of the city and is being tortured for 3 years,untill daxter rescues Jak. That's the moment when you start playing. The game is a mission-based game with lots of side missions. And in this game, you can play with weapons, which are also a great improvement Jak also speaks in this game.The best aspect of the game stays the humor, mostly brought by daxter. But al the new characters in the game are also very funny.For example, the cold-blooded Torn, leader of the Rebels, who fight against baron Praxis is sometimes hilarious. The game's missions are sometimes very hard, which is good, because this makes the game so enjoyable and challenging. So here is my advice, buy this game, because it really rules.
