I have all three systems and I get to play all the games on my Vizio LED HDTV3D. I get to play the superior multiplatforms on the 360 and awesome Arcade Games on the 360, but I also get to play the amazing exclusives and (sometimes) awesome Arcade Games on the PS3 (this is a good year for Sony). I get to play Uncharted 3, The Last Guardian Killzone 3, LittleBigPlanet 2, Gears of War 3, Mass Effect 3, Resistance 3, Halo Reach, and Crysis 2 and many other amazing games that I won't waste up space to just write down. I also get to play the quality Kinect games on the rise, and try Killzone 3 on my PS Move. I also get to wait and play the better multiplatform games, such as Battlefield 3, Skyrim, and Dark Souls on the Xbox 360. I get to pay 50 dollars a year for a superior online service on the 360, but IF I EVER RUN OUT OF MONEY, I will still have a free online service on the PS3. I also get a superior experience on my PC (Battalion 101 X8100-U3) in many regards, such as graphics and replayability. I get to download MODS on my Crysis/Farcry and Half-Life games whenever I want, and experience DX11 graphics beyond any console gamer's dreams. I also get to wait for the three next-generation consoles while upgrading my laptop along with them, because you know why? I'm not fanboy. I'm just a gamer who loves to play video games, who loves all of his platforms, who accepts the REALITY at hand, and doesn't whine or cry because... HE CAN'T WIN A WAR THAT WON'T EVER BE WON!
Too bad it ain't coming out for PSN, looks like it woulda been fun. And I do like me some double fine.
No I was complaining about the fanboys in general.......... My point is both system have their problems but as gamers when we buy a system we look for what we want in a system, if U want Sony games, and a BD player thats good enough for most people get a PS3, if U want a more soical netwoork in XBL, as well as games that reflect that idea Xbox360 is the way to go. It's that simple this pointless fighting is just proving that fanboys are out to cause problems.
That narrator's voice already killed the game before it's released.
Interesting twist on the Third person shooter genre... Might give this a look.
@ inaka_rob That's... funny, I wasn't talking about Microsoft, Microsoft is a fine compagny just as Sony is. Both are nice compagny and pretty good, the compagny I was talking about is EA Games :D
Oooooh Im in for that!
@gungriffin uh... are you complaining about fanboys or are you one? hard to tell is all x]
It looks like an original game based off of new concepts that looks to bring a unique game play experience to the XBL arcade. Cool
looks pretty fun wonder how much it will cost?
looking good..hoping it will have double fine;s trademark humour..and a good story
looks cool
So, it's Lost Planet minus the snow and variety of mechs?
Turn no mans land... into real mans land! LOVE IT!
Aw man, of course this would be on Xbox live Arcade only... I only played Chromehounds on my brother's Xbox and I loved it, but now I don't have access to an Xbox, so of course when a similar game that's made by a somehow even more amazing company comes out I'm out of luck. Bring it to PSN and I'm sure you will have buyers for this kind of thing in a heartbeat.
Looks like Crysis and Lost planet in one game!!
looks awesome! More great stuff from Schafer and co
Looks interesting but I'm not about to start paying for live again.
Liked, but don't have a Xbox 360 :(
Gamespot you really need to change the way your videos stream, its almost as if the movie's on a one way track to playing, theres no going back unless you wait til its done loading. Annoying.
I will get any game made by Double Fine :-)
Wow, Can anyone say: Inspired by Starship Troopers?

No good.
Ring of Red?
Wow, I did not expect Double Fine to complete another project so early. I know that Double Fine has multiple teams working on multiple "small-scale" projects in parallel, but damn, this is so fast.
Looks a lot like lost planets vehicle combat. Also I think it's cool that DoubleFine is making these mini-games but you realize that they make each one in only two weeks! I'm kind of wondering why don't they spend more time like 4 weeks for each game so that each game will be twice as good!
Looks awesome.
Looks like a rehash of Earthsiege/Starsiege to me, with aliiens in place of the original machines of the Siege series
To bad its only for 360 oh well
kinds reminds of Lost Planet's Mechs
WOW there enough PS3 fanboys here? I mean honestly complaining about a developer building exclusive games for a platform that old trick agian? What happened to PS3 rocks so hard because we get Killzone 3, Grand Turismo 5, and Little Big Planet 2, plus Uncharted 3, and SOCOM 4 in one year while Xbox360 gets nothing rants? Oh thats right GT5 was a massive flop thanks to poor online, bad unlock everything system, and average controll set up, Killzone 3 Single Player story a massive reason to own KZ games was so bland, and boring that it got old half way through, and both games have massive performance issues in 3D, and yet agian wont upscale 2 1080p. Then U lost Dark Souls exclusivity, Kojima is working on an Xbox360 Kinect title for Microsoft, Crysis 2 turns out to suck on PS3, and meanwhile we are getting more Exclusive DLC, and Arcade games are looking better, and smoother then PS3 DL games it's LOL time. Turn about is fair play eh? U guys had a great year in 09, Xbox360 is going on year 2 for greatness.
looked really good until i realized it was xbox only, well this is disappointing i have lost faith in double fine
Looks kidna cool. Reminds me the old Mechwarrior
How many games are Doublefine going to make. Talk about trying to bust the quality over quantity myth. It seems like they are comfortable making games that are almost great, as long as they can make a lot of them
awesome!!!!!
As long as there is enough people on the online community I will deff get it.
online coop is always welcome
propaganda, aliens. starship troopers.
port it to PC doublefine swallow your GD pride so we can mod it up and make a mechwarrior successor like proper. only you can save us doublefine.. only you can make right what many before you cannot.. you would make millions of friends for doing this.. im serious jsut swallow some pride and do it the way the good lord intended.
Almost like ChromeHounds
Too bad they weren't smart enough to put it out on the PC. Might have been interesting.
looks boring
looks like another game called Earth Defense Force
@urayanya ROFLOL at your gif. that is Hilarious
Mobile trenches?! Thats Double Fines solution to not just calling them mechs? Doesn't bode well for the creativity on this one...
@urayanya: loved your dp ....hilarious stuff
badasss
kinda makes me wanna get an xbox (pc gamer here), looked pretty fun
Wow that seems like a humorous Front Mission
