Coolyfett always wanted a DC superhero fighting game, and this one is very sexy. This review sucks though.

Injustice provides a complex fighter with some unique twists, but is found wanting in features that have become commonplace in its contemporaries.

This is a CAPCOM game ? I didn't see Crapcom on the cover but yet they are charging us for content that is already on the disk !!! $5-6.00 for Lobo etc !
The only Injustice was having paid money for this crap! Thank goodness GameStop let me return it. Apparently, a lot of people are unhappy with it.
This is a fair score. I finished the game in about 3 hours, and the online was quite annoying; Finding a match, it doesn't let you choose your opponent unless you're looking in a room, and the Green Arrow is always move-spamming, which leads to everybody losing in a King of the Hill room.
This reviewer is so bad.
Just 'cause the people who made Mortal Kombat made this game, doesn't mean he has to compare it to Mortal Kombat every ten seconds. Jesus Christ. The game is pretty decent, probably deserves at least a 7.5 / 10.

@PlasmaBeam44 @DesiGhost Are you really going to get all judgmental over nothing? He said AT LEAST. He likely think it should have gotten more than a 7.5 and hence the review differs by more than .5 of what he thinks it should get.
1 Like I'm going to go ahead and say that if you really need some vast tutorial to figure out how to play this game you're just playing the wrong game. Figuring out how to be good with certain characters is more about experimentation than anything, so why would you want to ruin the fun of that by having a character specific tutorial telling you what the best combos for each combatant are? Also the story of this game is not that bad, most comic book storylines are fairly outrageous, not to mention the fact that this game goes farther than most fighting games when it comes to creating a story. Also, personally I've played about 70 matches online and haven't encountered serious lag once, and minor lag has come up maybe 2 or 3 times. So maybe they just had a problem or the servers were a little shakier at launch (I didn't play my first online match until 2 or 3 days in)

Anyone notice the combos are really jerky, i.e. they don't flow well together and look fluid? Looks like a 90s fighter.
Bingo.. The piss poor graphics don't help either... Clunky animations and clunky combo system makes for a horrid experience.
1 Like @Coolspot18 It's the same in the new Mortal Kombat. I played that for about an hour at a friends place before I had to turn it off. The jarring attack rhythms are really off-putting for me.
You said it perfectly. Netherrealm needs to take a page from Namco, Tecmo, or SEGA... If they're ever going to make a decent fighting game.
1 Like Even for those that think the story is laughable it still is a lot better than any other fighting game out there. I've been receiving free fighting games through PS plus and some don't even have a story, just some lines of text and then FIGHT! The story in this game is amazing because even though you fight one-on-one there are tons of scenes where you see others fight as well so its the epitome of playing a movie.
@Zidaneski I guess you haven't played MK9 yet. That game rocks! The story was pretty cool and long enough for a fighting game. It was even better than the movies. ( well the second movie at least)
"2009's Mortal Kombat", "if you have a bad connection, there will be lag", "lag causes delays", "delays between inputting commands and seeing them happen", "no online replay/record mode" (does exist as a mainstream given? was this a fundamentally adverse aspect to the game's quality? to its core features and appeal?), "cannot practice..good" (make a friend). Was there a mandatory minimum word limit on this review or something? I think we have another feedbackula on our hands.
1 Like Hey dumbass reviewer, the story for Injustice was set up with 12 amazing comics. If you had read them, the story becomes a lot more plausible, and intriguing. Feedbakula pwns your ass, stupid noob!

3 Like This game is made for fans of DC and fighting games. All this dissing and bitc**** is simply for those who have nothing better to do. Most of the below comments are from Noobs and dumbasses who do not know the first thing bout DC.
Secondly this guy is doing his JOB reviewing the game, be has to provide an overall opinion and not just a one track opinion.
Ed Boon did state that there will be minimal damage unlike MK. This may be build on the same engine but its totally different. Seriously, you want blood and gore like Superman ripping Batmans head off???? and you say the developers are Pricks.

How are you going to give a bad review for lack of tutorials/training... back in the Nintendo days, there were no damn training options- Rush N' Attack started you out by throwing 8 guys with knives at you. Damn you. This is the first gamespot review that I cringed at- maybe the second, because there was this one where a dude was reviewing stuff on camera, and he reminded me of the Boom Goes The Dynamite guy because he was so nervous. 4 Like Only thing i'm rolling my eyes at is this review. The story in this game is a classic comic book style story. This reviewer obviously isn't that into the material, him saying it borders on "parody" tells all. For me personally, i'm probably never going back to MK after playing Injustice. Finally, a fighting game I actually care about. I never would have thought it possible. Really though, this guy is nitpicking about really petty crap. Sub-par review.
2 Like Yes advertisers..... Show me the same exact videos that murder 30 seconds of my life over and over again. That's gonna make me wanna buy your game. Marketing and advertising professionals need to become puddles of goo for the benefit of all mankind because they have no excuse for using up oxygen. Scum of the earth. I will do my best to not buy ANYTHING that bugs me with a comercial.
